Their impressive headquarters based in Norwest Business Park offers training facilities, high tech computerised systems, and a modern warehouse.
 

Position & Requirements

A position has become available for a Junior Accounts & Admin Assistant to join a dynamic motivated and high performing work culture.
Based in Baulkham Hills Location, you will be responsible for the following duties;
 
General admin duties
Customer service
Maintain debtors ledger including monitoring receivables
Monitoring of orders on credit hold
Processing of receipts
Maintain creditor procedures including ensuring all invoices have been properly authorised
Data entry of invoices payable, creditor payments
Reconciliation of suppliers statements
 
Candidate (Important you have the below skill set)
 
Intermediate computer skills
Basic level accounting experience- payable/ receivables
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
You MUST be able to work Monday-Friday Full time
You MUST have your drivers licence
You MUST have excellent communication skills
 
 
SALARY: starting base is $50,000 + superannuation. The company does provide salary reviews based on performance.

(3) Payroll Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to work in our dynamic Motor Dealership.
 
The Role
 
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
 
Processing weekly payroll for approx 150+ employees
Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax payments
Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
Creating and maintaining employee records from commencement of employment through to cessation
Employment contracts & commencement processes
The successful candidate will have:
 
Excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and work autonomously with limited guidance
Effective written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Awareness of the confidential nature of payroll information and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of payroll data
Ability to be flexible and manage pressure effectively
Motor Industry experience (preferred)
Unipay payroll system experience (preferred)
HR practices management (would be an advantage)
